Hello there fellow CSians! Some of you might recognize the species, as they've been around since the beginning of 2013. A lot of things happened - first I vanished from the website for a year, now the co-owner quit - and since I don't feel like I can keep the species going all on my own, I have decided to search for some more artists to help me bring these dragons back once again!

There is no end date set - if I like your entry/entries, expect a PM!

Please note that the lines you color in are a simplified version of the official lines, which contain two more growth stages (newborn and teen) as well as full lock alpha shading and highlights and a lot of different backgrounds to choose from.

The entries will be judged by me and IzzyBee, our lovely moderator.
If you were hoping for a permanent artist spot - don't worry, once you finish your duty as a guest artist and do a satisfactory job, you will most likely be asked to continue making designs for our sake!

≫ ABOUT COLORATION

≫ Irith Dragons are usually seen with a dark base color. It probably makes it easier for them to hide in the dark forest. While some Iriths do have a light base color, it's considered to be uncommon.
≫ Some dragons are naturally born with differently colored eyes. It's a rare syndrome called Traffic Light Eye Syndrome (TLES).
≫ Some dragons are naturally born with multicolored mane. It's an uncommon syndrome called Paint Bucket Accident Syndrome (PBAS).
≫ ABOUT BREEDING

≫ Only male x female breedings are allowed. It works this way in real life too, doesn't it?
≫ The litter can consist of up to 2 baby dragons.
≫ The dragon has to be an adult for at least 2 months before it's allowed to breed. If it was adopted as an adult, you have to wait 2 months after adopting.
≫ You have to wait one week before breeding your dragon again.
≫ Dragons related to each other cannot be bred.
≫ ABOUT AGING

≫ It takes 2 months for an Irith Dragon to grow to the next stage - so it takes 2 months for a baby to become a teen, another 2 months for a teen to become an adult.
≫ Aging can be done by you, by an artist or by whoever you ask - if they agree, that is.
