I'll add you to the drawing so you can go through the layers and see what I did. I left notes, too. (and anyone else who wants to see can be added too ^u^)
So, here are some tips, to go along with my tutorial lol.
The nose is very boxy on yours. Try smoothing it out a bit next time
Yours has stick-like legs. They're better than some I've seen, but they do curve a bit more than that.
Paws. ;P
Ears aren't just cones on the head. They actually have openings so sound can go in.
Canines aren't just furry on their chests. What's more, they aren't just fluffy on the outsides of the chest. Try drawing some fluff in the middle, like I did.
Use layers. Use LOOTS of layers! Go wild, use as many as you need!
Eyes aren't just black lines. Try looking at real eyes to get a feel for what they look like.
The back and belly curve more
Tails aren't quiet that long. If real canines had tails that long they might trip on them ^^;
Your lines are quite thick. Pen size two or three work best for outlines in my opinion. For the part I did, I actually used pen size four, but I had pen pressure on (which you may want to enable. It's super handy)
So, I hope this helps. Another tip is looking at reference pictures. That means pictures of the actual thing you're going to draw. If you draw animals a lot, it might be more helpful to study their skeleton/muscles since trying to figure out how things work when it has a blanket of fur over it is hard.
if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them ^u^
