{What are Telecats?}
Telecats (tel-uh-cats) are a galactic species from the planet Kepler-62e. They resemble cats with televisions as heads, cables as tails, and may be born with mutations. They are a friendly species, though some individuals do have their quirks. Telecats are the size of your average house cat, though they prefer to be treated like companions and not pets.
{How to adopt}
There are various ways to adopt a Telecat, such as by a raffle, art contest, backstory contest, etc. All you have to do is click the Telecat you like, read the guidelines for entering set by the artist, and fill out a form. It's as simple as that! Don't be discouraged if you don't win a Telecat off the bat. You can always try again with another one.
{Rarities}
Common- Similar to the Telecats above, they have a regular TV head and plug tail.
Uncommon- May have either an antenna, glowing paws, bolts on their tail, or a different plug tail.
Rare- Antenna, glowing paws or screen, and a plug tail (w/ or w/o bolts).
Ultra rare- May have any of the above along with wings.
Any Telecat may have accessories (jewelry, clothing, etc.)
