Yes my hair is naturally like that. I have brown/blonde hair with light blonde highlights and lighter tips (That I am to lazy to do on my person), and its all natural. My hair is wavy, and I am british, but live and was born In the US, just have English, Czechoslovakian, ukranian and iris in me.
