I know you said you really didn't want lots of orange.... but looks kinda like Charmander! He is one of my favorite pokemon, I would/ will completely understand if you hate the orange.

Charmander is owned by pokemon, so it's not allowed to put the design on a different base and make profit out of it. ^^'

Its based on Charmander but it is not Charmander. In order for it to infringe on the trademark it would have to be the exact same colors, lines, and style. My entry is not the same exact colors, lines or style of the original Charmander and therefore I can still use it in this competition. It is the same loop hole that others exploit to make generic versions of other things such as cup holders, cars, sodas, candy, exct.
