hello! I would love help on creating a species that I dreamt up!

you! anyone can colour this in. but- i really would like people who are good at making editable species.

what?
my species are called the tempête spirits, or spirit horses. they are completely normal horses...except-
they have a small gem on their forehead, their element colour/such.
their mane and tail are made of mist, which contains an element of some sort. (ex.- fire, wind, rain, storm)
the mist surrounds the ground near them

I would like them to be drawn in the phase of rearing, like this-

-without the gem of course, and that the mist inst the tail and mane but is the whole lower half of the body, you could also do that too if you wanted c;
