Hi there, I'm Dave. Very nice to meet you!
I'm looking for some good artists out there that would help me out with designs for the species I recently created called Soulseekers. These are the really old lines, and will not be used other than for contest entries.
There's some things you need to know before you apply, so let's go over them shall we?

▶ You must have a form of communication outside of CS (preferibly skype or gmail).
I will ask for your contact information after you become a staff member.
▶ Neat, well thought out designs are required to become an artist.
In other words, take your time.
▶ You must be able to replicate any design you make (maybe even three times, if you become a nursery artist).
▶ Do not enter if you do not intend to be active.
▶ Neon base colors will not be allowed.
▶ You must be able to do line edits (please show at least one example when trying out).

Each person's entries will be critiqued by:
Color use/complementing colors: 5 points
Originality: 5 points
Line edits: 3 points
and your score will be tallied by me after it's finished.
Those with all 13 points will be candidates to become an artist, though it does not automatically mean you will be one.

You are allowed as many entries as you think you need to convince me you'd be a good artist for this species.
I will only be hiring three artists
I'll be hiring quite a lot of artists haha.

I'm also looking for other staff members to join me.

▶ To be a staff member, you must have knowledge of coding and how to use it.

Username: Hey there, I'm Pieinator. Feel free to call me Pie.

Position desired: Moderator.

Coding experiance: I am very familiar with basic coding techniques such as the use of center, left, bold, list etc. and put these tools to use regularly in places such as forms for adoptables. If need be I would be able to help out with small coding errors or provide a simple starting layout should anyone need assistance. As far as more complex coding, there is less I am able to do. I would say that I am a somewhat average coder. I cannot produce extremely complex sequences of BBCode, however with more simple and slightly intermediate layouts, I would be able to, and willing, to lend a hand.

How long are you on CS a day?: Usually upwards of 3 hours, this also goes for when school is in session. Additionally during the school year I am on much longer during the weekends.

Just letting all participants know that the original lineart has been edited.
I will still use these lines to pick an artist, but keep in mind that the lineart that you will be coloring will look different than this.

Anything really; change the ears, longer nails, shorter tails, more fur etc. Pretty much anything you can think of.
