A Dust Furred Cheetah, or DFC for short, is actually a descendant of the cheetah. They were bred to be racing cats, but were found to be too lazy, always lounging around, so they were adopted to good owners instead. They have the same build as a cheetah, with a few differences. They have long, fluffy tails, hair, large paws for walking on top of snow in Winter,and retractable claws. They can purr, and instead of eating meat, eat mostly fruit. They have canine-like noses, and magical charms called Feathered Orbs. They get their name from their love to roll around in dust.

DFCs generally have natural colors and patterns, but they can also have unnatural ones. In the wild, they live in burrows. Tame DFCs can also adjust to a cozy pile of blankets indoors. They are very lazy, but i the wild, the can run nearly as fast as a cheetah. They have long tail which help them to balance even more than regular cheetahs, but some DFCs that compete in shows have their tails shortened at a young age.

Syndromes

TKs stands for "Tiny Kitten Syndrome".
TKS type 1- The DFC will not grow, and will not be able to breed.
TKS type 2- The DFC will grow, but will not be able to breed.

★ Do not complain if you lose a DFC contest
★ You can currently own up to 6 DFCs, this may be changed.
★ If we feel that you are not taking care of your DFC, we can take it away from you and put it up for re-adoption.
★ You must have owned your DFC for 4 weeks in each stage before you can grow it at a minimum. There is no limit for how long it can stay in a stage of growth. (To age your DFC, contact an artist.)
★ Respect other users, and staff.
