Okay, this was actually my first redline, so it's not that good.

Okay. So, first off, I did the lines. The red lines. I added the eyes on a different layer, then colored it in and did the 'tears' or whatever you call them. The red lines and eyes are not on layer one. They are on multiple layers.
Notice how if you look Eyeless Jack up, in photos he has slightly curly hair. That's what I did to him, but left the side hair.
Then I traced the lines on a different layer, moved it beside the redline, and colored it. Notice how I changed the blue colour? There's multiple blue shades of his mask, but try to make it in-between cyan and blue, just so you don't get the colour too dark or too light.
Then I did the hair, making it more brown then the original. The other colour was too orange.
Then I made the eyes black instead of red, did the hoodie, jeans, and boom. Done.

I was going to do a different pose, but I decided not too.
