What is a Cuddle Monster?
A Cuddle Monster is a Rodent like mammal with serpent-like qualities. They grow back limbs when they are lobbed off and can fit in the palm of a human's hand. These evasive little creatures eat just about anything they can get their grubby paws on. They don't have noses and use ducts under their upper jaws to smell or sense food.
Fun Facts
- They have manes that grown down the back of their necks.
- They have four fingers on each front paw and opposable thumbs.
- They actually don't like to cuddle but with other of their kind/species.
- Babies are born without fingers and back legs. They grow into them.
- They can collapse their bodies to fit into tight spaces.
- Most communicate through tail twitches and ear swivels.
- They like to hoard things for bedding/nests.
- They are social creatures, living in large "cuddle puddles" otherwise known also as "puddles".
- Babies usually don't grow for two weeks before adulthood.
- Adults usually can't breed until a week after adulthood.
- Breedings can have as little as 2 to as many as 6 in one litter.
- Females usually can breed only 5 times a year.
- Some take permanent mates, some take different ones each litter and some take multiple (polygamous) ones.
- Battle scars and human tags are common to find on CM bodies.

DO...
- Create as many as you want, it is an open species after all.
- Breed opposite gender pairings and adopt the babies out for free. (with consent of the other owner if not both you own.)
- Adopt designs out. (Only up to 3 at a time preferably.)
- Make fan art of any and all CMs.
- Make a fanclub for the community. (Just one though. lol)
- Make a roleplay for CMs either public or private.
- Have fun, no color or design restrictions here.
DON'T...
- Remove my signature, I worked hard on the lines for you all.
- Take off CS without posting on this thread for permission.
- Breed un-grown babies.
- Make a profit from CMs. They were free for you as they are for everyone else. This includes someone paying you to design for them.
- Breed same sex pairings. I don't have anything against same sex in general, but in real life animals can't procreate like that. They can adopt if you wish.
- Make an adoption center. This is the main page. If someone likes your designs they should post on your thread individually or pm you.
- Make crazy edits that change what it is. (Like extra limbs, horns, wing, etc.) Extra hair or a kink in the tail is fine.
- Claim as your own.
Overall, let's just use common sense here and hopefully I won't have to have this locked and removed. I would love to see what you guys do with it and I may even add onto the lines in the future if they get popular.~
