Personality: Thornstar is a very loyal leader. His heart is completely devoted to the clan, sometimes even more so than to his mate. Because of this, most of the time you can see him wandering around the clan, helping out everyone he can. He loves to play with the kits and will occasionally watch over them while the queens go out to hunt. His only flaw is the fact that he can be very mistrusting of newcomers, as he is afraid for his clan's safety.
History: Very little is known about Thornstar's past except for the fact that long before he was born his parents made a deal with the current leader at the time that they would be granted protection in return for one of their kits. This kit was Thornkit and he was raised by one of the queens who was sworn to secrecy. The leader wanted to raise Thornkit to be her successor, as she had already known he was fiercly loyal. He quickly adjusted to clan life as if though he had known no other. In his training he was highly secluded and didn't know many of his clan members as the leader didn't want his training and judgement to be altered by their opinions. Thornkit quickly grew to Thornpaw and then to Thornpelt in which he became deputy. Not long after he became leader after his predecessor died of Greencough. He was a good leader despite the fact he didn't have many bonds within the clan. While contructing a hunting party, Thornstar met a lovely She-cat by the name of Thirdtalon, who had a lovely tri-color pelt. Soon enough they fell in love and became mates for life. The pair had 9 kits, but only 6 stayed in the clan.
