Actually it's more of an artist search.
I am working on giving BHS a leg up. So, here is an artist search.
This will be an ongoing thing.
So there is no end date.
(This will be closed and reused if needed)
As we find artists that are a good fit, we will add them.

Rules:
- Realistic designs only
- Do not edit the lines or add accessories
- Have good sportsmanship
- You may enter as much as you like, but please put them all under one drawing.
- Please put this form on each entry so I know you know realistic designs. o3o Height is measured in hands. Horses may be mixed breeds.

Please show your abilities to design horses both with and without complex appaloosa and pinto patterns. A tip from Dia., use a photo reference for each design to observe the natural highlighting and shading of horses' coats. Even a black horse isn't solid black. Basic knowledge of genetics is also helpful but definitely not mandated. ^^

If we like your designs, you will be given a guest artist probation period of 2 weeks. If you continue to produce quality designs, you have the opportunity to become a permanent artist. If you do not create at least two horses during this period of time without contacting Dia., you've lost your chance. We need active, loyal artists.
As a guest artist, you may create one custom for yourself.

Because this is an artist competition, the prize is a position on the BHS team and your custom.
edit: You may either design your custom for yourself, or order it from another BHS artist. Dia. is definitely open to do this without question. You will have to ask the other artists.
