I'M GOING TO TRY AND DO THIS AGAIN NOW WITH kowaru HELPING ME
Some of you may or may not know Belldandy, an artist that used to roam around CS until quite recently when she decided to quit and move onto other things. She had this species she didn't have the time to build, so when she left she allowed me to take over and so I shall. I plan to build up on the species if it deems popular enough I'll expand the community accordingly.
I am not an avid Oekaki user, I doubt I will be making many of these little critters myself, but I will try to be a wonderful admin.
NOW ONTO THE COMPETITION!
For the most part this will be moderated by kowaru, who will co own the species with me.

What are Foxchime Fennecs?
Foxchime Fennecs are small, playful canines that are very compatible with humans and other species. They're about the size of a large rabbit and they always have a winchime floating around them. It's said that these windchimes are how they communicate, as the chimes can be heard with or without wind, but since they also bark, it's difficult to say. There are a few mutations that can occur, such as horns or a mane and perhaps even a different tail! These events are uncommon but should not be rare.
