Redline

Postby lolpeaceoutlol » Sat Feb 15, 2014 4:49 pm

Keep in mind I'm no pro at wolves :) I've only been drawing for a couple of years :)

1) Wolves eyes are more diamond/oval shape then circle. Your eyes were a little too round and looked too much like anime eyes :) And also don't forget the eyebrow!

2) Your ears are a bit too round for a wolf! They've got quite fluffy ears :)

3) The snout goes down a little more sharply. I think that was probably because of your smoothing though? If you have a touchpad (which I worked with for a couple years) I would tend to keep it in the high 80's or 90 at the MAX. I can't really help you with a mouse :) With a tablet I would suggest something around mid 70's.

4) The wolf's chest should puff out a bit more with more fur detail.

5) The legs don't go so forward. The stand up more straight. And don't forget how their bones work with joints and what not :)

6) The back should be a tad more slopped, and less fuzzy. Usually you can only see the 'scruff' on a canines back when they are angry/growling.

7) just like the chest the neck fluffs out more and has more detail :)

8) The toes are sharper, and you can see the paw pad/claws.(I will be adding it in a second.)

9) The wolves back leg has a joint a little higher then where you placed it.

If you want me to redline again just let me know :)
