1) Wolves eyes are more diamond/oval shape then circle. Your eyes were a little too round and looked too much like anime eyes
2) Your ears are a bit too round for a wolf! They've got quite fluffy ears
3) The snout goes down a little more sharply. I think that was probably because of your smoothing though? If you have a touchpad (which I worked with for a couple years) I would tend to keep it in the high 80's or 90 at the MAX. I can't really help you with a mouse
4) The wolf's chest should puff out a bit more with more fur detail.
5) The legs don't go so forward. The stand up more straight. And don't forget how their bones work with joints and what not
6) The back should be a tad more slopped, and less fuzzy. Usually you can only see the 'scruff' on a canines back when they are angry/growling.
7) just like the chest the neck fluffs out more and has more detail
8) The toes are sharper, and you can see the paw pad/claws.(I will be adding it in a second.)
9) The wolves back leg has a joint a little higher then where you placed it.
