I need name ideas, and some suggestions for horns, or if I should make them <33

This gal is going UFA - up for adoption.
I don't really connect to her anymore, and if I suddenly do again, I'll just make her sister.

For the form I want you to go all out - you may do and add whatever you want
but there is something special about her: you must choose colors/a palette, draw her markings, and tell me why you chose them.
That one artwork and the pallete, as well as the explenation are the things I judge mostly on <3
