So, before I announce the winners, please read this:
+ I did not pick these people because there were just line edits, if there were any. I did this based on two things: Matching what I wanted & Picking a Design I'd be happy to use daily.
Now, I did give bonus points for edits, and the like. So, I can't say that they didn't help. I did enjoy all the entries, but it did have to come down to just three.
So, without further ado, I would like to announce the winner of my contest:
1 The Lost soul
The custom lines were simply beautiful to start off with. The colors, though a bit dark, actually work. I was hoping for browns, but when I saw this, I knew that the grays and whites were natural and I'd love to consider them as well. The charm is just beautiful, and the wings and markings are simpler, but flow and don't appear over crowded.
I will keep this design.
2 Ferncat
I was really divided on this one, torn between picking it or the third place one as number two, but this one just called to me, so I positioned it as second place. The design is simple, but not overly so. I love the use of black for the markings and how they run over the whole body. The heterochromia is extremely nice as well, mainly because I am a sucker for it. I love the collar and how it combines the wings and dragon features. I love blue and it doesn't overpower the design, which I like.
I will keep this design.
3 Bananer
This was a tough choice. In the beginning it was the lead, I won't lie. However, the colors just didn't feel like they fit me as a person, but they are wonderful, nonetheless. I do like the edits, and it was tough to pick between this and Ferncat's. Still, I did have to pick Ferncat's over this because they had the extra for the scar marking, which put them at 7 things over 6. So, this will have to be my #3.
I will keep this design unless you would like it.
