Oceanic Blue/Captain America

I have a slight problem.
I dont know if Oceanic would be a better Captain America or Black Widow.
In a rp with a friend, she's the only female we have that we use as an avenger. So she's Black Widow there.
But I like Captain America a lot, but Black Widow is a close second.
So I can't decide.
If you want to, comment what you think.
