Here's my contest entry. Everything GREEN glows. Except for his socks. His blood is a bright neon green (and glows) he is blind in his right eye. His wounds NEVER heal. They are always steadily bleeding. Hope you like him ^^

Edit: Oh and the green at the tail mouth is SLIME not blood.
