This is really pretty and wintery and such! I like it! The only thing that I would change is the wing colour. I like the idea of them and I think that if I had drawn the scales better than it would have worked but with the way the scales are I think that the wings look best if they are a slightly lighter colour than the scales on the wings are. I really made the scales as a kind of shading that gets lighter in the center of the wings but it only works if the wing colour is slightly lighter than the wings are. But other than that I absolutely adore it! I especially love the way you added a bit of purple into the blue scales on the feet! It's gorgeous!
