Well, I tried. There's only so much you can do with a mouse. I do really love this little guy, though. I wanted to do a bright flower, (search purple ice flower) but that... didn't work out. So I tried a softer approach. Literally. The dandelion itself wasn't so hard, but finding colors to fit with it was a bit of a challenge. I tried putting yellows in there, but it was too bright, it offset the whole thing. So I used some light greens and browns, and I'm overall fairly pleased with the result. I might go back and edit him a bit more in the future, but for now I'm happy with him as-is. Those antlers were really fun to make, though not as... clear as the rest of the lines.
I figure he uses the dandelion on his tail much like a gecko. When threatened, he'll release a puff of "Dandelion seeds" to distract the predator. They grow back within a couple days.
EDIT: Oh, I didn't add shading, but if I need to add it, I will.
