Excuse me, but his looks A LOT like Makoatl adopts. It's just a cat, not a dog. I'd guess this is Copywrite? I don't know, but This does look a lot like Makoatl species. Just letting you know! I know you weren't the one who said it but.... yeah...

Good lines, but it's spelled Catphin, not Cat Fin. ^^

Anyway, this species was originally going to be a revival of some dolphin Oekaki adopts I had a long time ago, but I decided to change it a little bit... They were also sort of inspired by the Pokemon Vaporeon.
