why do you want to be an artist;; I want to be an artist because I really love to design. The kiamaras are probably my favorite adopt species on CS (that isn't mine) and I love them and the community dearly. I really enjoy having contests.

how often do you spend on the computer each day;; Tons. ;P At least 8 hours a day on a normal basis.

would you be able to keep up with all the artist duties;; Yes. I promise that, if I become an artist, I will keep up with those rules.

would you be loyal and active as a kiamara artist;; Yes.

would you happen to be a person who (if asked) would want to be a nursery growth or regular nursery artist;; Hmmm... I'm not sure. I'm not the /best/ with breeding designs, but I would love to give a hand there if needed c:
