I've spent quite a bit of time when I'm not doing other things admiring this adoptable from afar. Who can say it isn't appealing, cute, and unique? So, I finally bucked up the courage to try my hand at becoming an artist for these beautiful babies! Let me start off by saying yes; the eye color IS white.
In the whole design, I wanted to chase a recent love of mine. Indian saris and fabrics. I started with the tail, gold swirls and a small trim on a crimson-orange base. I felt it to look traditional as far as colors and designs, and threw on a bit of teal in the edging for color. I then decided the same teal would go well and developed it like a fabric. I created many tiny diamonds containing the red and gold so they would tie into the tail design. Then, I added a large strip of trim embedded with red gems to set off the design and make it pop.
I really really feel deep pride in this. I know my style is more edged and less blended unlike most mutatoes, but I feel I could offer something spicy and new to the adoption pages. So, what do you all think?
