It's that time of the year again when I'm searching for characters. ;u; My last design competition went really well and I've still got the characters, so I'm looking for some more this year! Of course, my tastes and preferences have changed, soo... on with the competition:

Rules:
- All of Tess' rules apply.
- No five minute sloppy entries.
- You cannot enter your design and then withdraw it before the competition closes. When you submit your design to this competition, there is no turning back! Every design submitted belongs to me when the prizes are given out at the end of the competition. This is to prevent people from trying to purchase designs that have been entered into a competition.
- I will be keeping every single design, not only the winners! Everybody will receive a prize at the end of this competition so I will be keeping all of the entries.
- You may enter as many times as you wish.
- You do not have to use this lineart; you can use any other lineart instead. I also highly consider custom lines, but this is not a must and will not guarantee a win! I'm looking for the best designs to use as characters, not the best art.
- Line edits are encouraged!
- You don't have to do it on oekaki. You can design a character on a different software if you can't use oekaki/don't want to and link it.
Things I'm looking for:
- Originality!
This is the one thing that will have a H U G E impact on how well your design does. I love things that are original (or 'different'). If I haven't seen anything like it before, or I know it's something nobody else has, I'll love it. I love things that are different and not similar to every other design.
- Darker base colours.
I'm not keen on pinks or bright yellows and stuff. I like natural colours, like browns and golds, but I also like blacks and whites and occasional other colours. To be honest, though, as long as it fits, I like it.
- Complicated designs!
This is also a massive plus. I love complicated. :3
- Unique accessories!
Accessories are a big hit with me. I love things that are unique, and I think accessories can really represent that. Whether it's skulls, or chains, or hats, or weapons, or bows, or jewellery, or whatever... anything different I really like.
- Antlers/Horns.
I like these, too, especially if they have little accessories on them like jewels hanging off them or something. ;u;
- Big cats.
If you're interested in doing something a bit different to a wolf, I absolutely adore big cat designs. Not necessarily natural designs, but just the body of a big cat.
- Wolves.
Obviously. ^^ I love wolves. c;
- Long tails.
- Companion animals.
- Assassin themed characters.
- Natural themed characters.
*Please note that you could include all of the above and still not win. This isn't a checklist; this is a helpful guide if anybody is stuck. I'm more interested in a good design that goes well than somebody trying to include everything on this list.
