Story of how you found him/her: One day, I was playing in the meadows. I was about five years old. Still living in the warmth of southern Austria. I loved it there. I was playing with my imaginary friend. Izzy. Izzy was a handsome boy. And loved everything that was beautiful. As we played, I noticed a little fluttering thing in the grass. It was colorful and lovely and I wanted to pet it. It looked like a butterfly. So I was hesitant at first. But I found that this butterfly didn't run away. So I picked the butterfly up and found it was fluffy. Now, my childhood mind couldn't comprehend that this wasn't an earthly creature. I loved it anyway. So I took it back home to my parents in our moderate sized house "Privet!" I yelled as I ran upstairs into my bedroom. I set the little butterfly down and realized. It had a tail, and a kitten face. I smiled at it "Your new name is Krylo. It means wings in my mother and father's language. It's called Russian!" I smiled at the kitten Krylo and he smiled back. I nuzzled him and giggled. The next day, I found I had to go to school. The bus ride was horrible. Getting picked on all the way. School was no different. I barely knew German. Austria's home tongue. I only knew Russian. The teacher seprated me to draw and I drew my Krylo. With bright blue dots and bold orange. Just how he was in real life. I took it home and showed it to my mama. She loved it. And I was happy. Krylo purred with me. And made me feel better about my day. For 8 years he has been doing that. I'm 14 now. And he's still by my side in Japan
