It looks really nice a little more light would be good , because is hard to see the trees, but its over all very nice!!!

scrolling through the oekaki all I can see is a black picture XD maybe lighten it a bit? I have to stand up to see it XD

It's gorgeous! Here is some critique from a fellow artist XD

To make the stars seem like it's "illuminating", how about using the dodge tool and brightening the stars a bit? It creates an aura that is almost star-like.
