Are you aware that #4 looks almost like this Jellybean dragon? If you based the design of the JBD, it would count as art theft for stealing the design.

Thanks for the knowledge! I realize now that #4 does look like that bean in color, and I suppose some markings, but I didn't base the design off that JBD (I don't really pay too much attention to that adoptable), and I actually based the design off a color palette I saw online (which I should probably credit, oops).

It's not art theft if I didn't base it off the JBD, which I didn't (if you look, you'll see that the green markings on the design are not bamboo and the black markings are not panda markings, plus the colors are similar in style but still different, and less bold, on my design). Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

No, you can still keep it. I did not copy that design, and there's no reason to not let you have your charrie. The design on that charrie is different in color and markings to the JBD; the only similarity is theme.
