Okay, I'm not the best at explaining in words, but yeah. I'll attempt at explaining what needs to be corrected. x3
When you look at a dog, you'll notice that the nose isn't very sharp, and the bottom jaw is shorter than the top. Also, the arch below the muzzle going towards it's cheek isn't as arched as yours was drawn. Just a little bit less.
You drew the eye well, but it is too high. It has to be lower. :3
When you draw cheek fluff, don't make it too round. Remember that you'll need to let go of the mouse as well, then make a new line, so that it isn't rounded.
The ears are okay I think. My ear just looks weird. eue
The hair, again, like the cheek fluffs, remember to let go of the mouse to give it a less rounded look.
The neck has to be fluffier. :3
