I thought of this design to be a female, but it's your choice ;)

I tried not to use too many patterns and neons, something more imple!
The eyes are pitch black #000000, and well, used a variation to this palette:

Since I thought less of a black would look nicer :)

will make another version of this same design with some different accesories!
(ie scarf)
