[Uchuujin]

This design is based off the kingfisher bird - so I decided to give him/her blue gems to go along with the water theme, since kingfishers swim to catch their food I went a little crazy with the dodge and burn tools, trying to give this Offax the almost iridescent design of a kingfisher
