Golden Magic: it is the summoning of strength from within the golden crystal shards that fused with his body. The Golden Crystal was the source of the Golden Empire's strength, but when the Empire was under siege, the crystal shattered and fused with GoldenFire and his sister, Arlana. Now, GoldenFire can create weapons, magic, and certain structures with the crystal shards fused with his body. All weapons and structures are made form gold.

He was the prince of the powerful Golden Empire, but due to a misunderstanding between his parents, the Silver Empire's princess, and himself and the Silver princess, a war was formed between the two empires. The Silver Empire triumphed, but when the Golden Empire was defeated, the Golden Crystal, the source of power in the Golden Empire, shattered and the shards fused with GoldenFire and his sister. This caused his sister to pass out, so GoldenFire had no idea his sister was still alive. All ponies living in the Golden Empire were killed that day, except for Prince GoldenFire and Princess Arlana. GoldenFire ran far away from the Empire and vowed to exact his revenge on the Silver Empire for what they did.
