I hope this helps!
I wish I could have drawn that well 6 months ago, but really, don't worry! You have the basics down, all you need to do is make a few tweaks to the anatomy.
Firstly, wolves have quite flat heads. Their muzzles are long and somewhat thin, but don't make it too thin for risk of looking more like a coyote or a rat. During the winter, they will have more fur- and during the summer, it's not as much; also, you may want to make the legs a bit longer. Give it a bit of a ribcage ;3
A common mistake that I have seen, and a lot of people, including me, have drawn, is wolves with pointy ears. Wolves actually have round ears, I didn't draw very nice ones here, but they have small ears in proportion to the rest of their body; foxes have large ears, on the other hand. I would also recommend that you try to draw out the joints, it will really help c:
I drew some paw positions that you might find helpful for further reference. I fail at drawing paws, so they aren't the best, but maybe make some simplified versions of them and those will be easy to practice with.
Overall, I would recommend that you look at some pictures of wolves and other canines for reference, you can even trace over the pictures to practice. I know that you can't import other pictures into ChibiPaint, so try SumoPaint or another free program for those purposes. Studying anatomy really helps; and don't be afraid to ask for help!
If you have any other further questions, please don't hesitate to shoot me a PM or just reply on this topic. Hopefully this is helpful :3
