In one word, he would be called stubborn. He doesn't like to cooperate if someone tells him what to do, unless that someone is of higher authority than him, but he tends to avoid those people. He also tends to ramble if he gets nervous, a bad habit he's had ever since he can remember. He gets very hot headed when he looses his temper.
