Guys, I already bought #4, #5, and a custom and I believe it was first come first serve...

I am sure it is 'First Come, First Serve' or it could whoever pays first. Adoptions depend and mostly the form that sent their trade first gets it. Either way it is up to the maker to decide who gets it and who doesn't.
