I thought this was an adorable lineart, so I grabbed a palette and went to work on it! I hope the maker doesn't mind me making my own background. :>

amg, thanks guys~ but i didn't make the lines of course, just colored them in and made a messy little background. |D

Licky_Slicky.. I dunno what you mean! If you're talking about the design, I just picked up a palette from colourlovers.com and went crazy. The lines, I locked the lines layer and colored them a darker color than the base. And for the background.. I just did random squiggles and dots with the watercolor tool. Really, it's just lots of practice.
(and sssshhh i am not that great of an artist)

Hey, idk, maybe for some reason you really liked the plain green background and would go crazy if someone changed it. IDK, pfft.
