What is a Marble Guardian Dragon?
A marble guardian dragon is a fluffy chihuahua sized dragon. They are mammals, so they do not lay eggs.They resemble wolves, but have wings. Their fur is soft, neat, and shiny. They can fly for short periods of time when they reach the age of 3 months. They also lack front legs. (many people are forgetting this! Please remember that MGDs do not have front legs.)
Somewhere on their legs, they always have at least three stripes. The majority of MGDs have 4 colors, it is EXTREMELY rare to find one with 5 colors. (Unless its second generation.)
They all have a marble to protect, which they barf up when they are first born. They guard this marble with their life, because if the marble is not within their sight for 10 minutes, they will die. This is because their marble gives off magical waves that keep the dragon alive forever. This marble cannot be replaced by any other dragons' marbles. If this marble is touched by any other living creature, the dragon will instantly go mad and kill the animal, out of self defense.
Their diet consists of small mammals such as mice and shrews, small birds, and berries.
You may own up to 5 MGD's, and staff(this includes moderators, artists and owners) can own six.
If a MGD has PFS(pup forever syndrome) it will never grow past the child stage, and wont be able to mate.
Breeding
Once MGDs get a mate, they are mates for life. They cannot have any other mates, only one, so choose your MGDs mate carefully!
MGDs can have up to 2 babies in a litter. It is rare for an MGD to have 2- they usually only have one.
If you want your MGD to have a mate, you can PM the person whose MGD you want your MGD to mate with, asking them if they want their MGD to be mates with yours. If they say yes, then pm me and i will put them in the MGD couples archive. If they say no, respect their decision, and dont be mad at them. Just ask someone else!
If you cant find a mate, post on this thread. Remember, your MGD cannot breed if it is still a child.
if your MGD and their mate has babies, please pm me and one of the artists, or i, will design their babies for you on the new baby lines that i have made. :3

**Information for artists!!**
MGD's are usually kind of brightly colored, but not too much. Plain MD's are very rare, and so are darker colored MGD's.
Usually, a Marble Guardian Dragon will have a tail as long(or in rarer cases, longer) than their body. It is pretty rare to find an MGD without tail fluff. The rarest type of tail is a bob tail. About 1 out of 200 would have this type of tail. MGDs with bob tails are very special.
DO NOT make a mgd have more than one tail, more than one head, more than 2 wings, a different type of wings, or more than two eyes without my permission. These are extremely(omg so) rare. You will almost never find them. 1 out of 400 MGDs will have this.
Marble Guardian Dragons almost never have more than 4 colors. Except for in REALLY rare cases MGDs will be born with five colors. (and by rare i mean 1 out of 110 mgds will have it.)
Please do not open up your own little 'custom shop' or whatever, i have gotten the customs handled.
Artists can make 3 MGD's for themselves.
MGD's always have three stripes on their legs somewhere.
when you make an adoptable, make up a small contest and put it into a code. Also make an end date for when the contest for the MGD ends.

When someone orders a custom, you can design it and all, but all the payment has to go to me ^^. Its just because i own this species.

Revamps
If you want yourMGD to be revamped, you have to wait until it has been at least 4 months since you have adopted it. If you want a revamp, PM me and i will revamp your MGD for you. Revamps do not include changing the design, colors or furstyle in any way, just cleaning up the designs and such, so it looks better.

Guest artist information:
you can make one custom for yourself.
you cant make plain or dark colored MGD's
while you are a GA, you may make up to three Marble Guardian Dragons.
You can make line edits on one of your MGD's that you make.
