This is a Shetland pony (choose your gender c: )
The coat coloring is based off of a dark flaxen liver chestnut~
He's got small brown stripe markings up and down his legs.
He is also speckled, showing maybe some appaloosa in him/her?
He has a creamy colored, not pure white, blaze down his face.
The Shetland, when first trained, was trained and taken around with the rope he/she bears proudly around his neck.
He/She dislikes people or animals to try to get it off of him/her, as he believes it to be special, showing his/her past and domestication.

I tried to make it quite natural/realistic in color scheme, but added a small twist. I hope you like him/her!
