So, I attempted to go with the Assassin Theme and I think I kinda like it! More than likely I'll be coming back to it to touch it up slightly, but otherwise he's pretty much finished. Timer is of by about 45 minutes (I got hungry o3o) I know I know... it's still quite a long time just for a design, but that cape/scarf/cloak thing had my quite perplexed. Anyways, I hope you like him and if there's anything you'd like edited or fixed, feel free to let me know!
