This is Adderfang from Bluestar's Prophecy in the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.
Adderfang was Tigerstar's grand-dad, as well as his mentor's mentor.
He was the father to Leopardfoot, Patchpelt, Redtail, Spottedleaf, and Willowpelt. He mated Swiftbreeze twice.
