No, they are not lovers, but they're great friends. Pixie is older than Ivy, so she's more motherly and guiding. Ivy is young, stubborn and trouble. Hear we see Pixie teasing Ivy for past scrapes she's gotten into and Ivy is tolerating Pixie's chides with unusual reserve, probably with a plot in her head for future punishment... ^^'
