Okay, so it's not the best ever, and clearly you have a much better grasp on human features, but the idea is there, right? Hopefully?

So, the main outlining here is that you need to move the eyes much further down, about halfway down the face. The nose isn't that difficult [i]shape wise[/i, but it's the shading that gives it the detail and nose-ness
The lips are in the perfect place, so no qualms there. Also, the face shape itself should be slightly longer overall
