this is good so far, seeing as its just a sketch
Crit (if you want it)
the main body of the pheonix is a bit chunky, it would look better if more slender
If you use the "smoothing tool" on your pen, you will have a better overall effect.
The wings could do with being made slightly longer, and the feathers less curly
