wow royal, this is really good! you did a great job at making this have a creepy but lost fe3el to it.
i would sugest play with the airbrush and dodge tool. espesially around the eyes and it'll make them glow.

you might want to clean up lines such as the lines by the ears and the color can fall outside the lines, but it's looking amazing!
