On the first page of our story,
The furture seemed so bright,
Then this thing turned out so evil,
Don't know why I'm still surprised,

Hikari, a young, depressed she wolf, Takeshi is a male wolf, he has a good life. Hikari is in love with Takeshi with all her heart but can't say anything. Once she was positive that they could be together, when she first loved him. Slowly she realised that it was probably never going to happen but she still hoped. Then there's Atsuko, ironic how her name means kind and yet she couldn't be more evil, she acts all perfect around Takeshi but really she is plotting, working out how she can better of even stamp Hikari out for good. She gave Hikari the scratch on her side, she didn't know or mean to but she still did it, they hate each other, rivals to the death, and yet sometimes they can act like friends... Atsuko just loves him. To Hikari, he's more than that, a life saver, a beauty, a hero... Yet she can never tell him what Atsuko does to her, nor can she tell him how she feels....
(just putting my current situation into wolf mode. I am Hikari, though of course no physical hurt, just verbal)
