At first, this was going to be a legitimate picture of something. Then I got frustrated and smeared all of the colors to make a terrible blue thing. So I added colors over that and messed around with them for an hour or so, and decided that I really liked the finished product. So I think now it looks like the entrance to a cave under the ocean, with some kelp and various plants guarding it.
