What is a Slitherwen/Slitherwin?

A Slitherwen/Slitherwin is a mix of a human and a snake, sometimes mistaken as a naga. These creatures are an all female breed for now, which is why they are Slitherwen. Slitherwin are the males. These creatures are known for their complex markings and designs. They do have tails, surprisingly enough, their tails are made of flesh. It is pretty gross and disturbing when you think about it, as their skin is scaly. But then again, they are a mix of a human and a snake. These poor creatures are blind. Their eye color is simply for show. They use seismic senses to see. It works like this; They slither across the ground and feel the vibrations with their tails. These creatures, surprisingly enough, almost always have natural human hair color. Though their skin color says otherwise. Very Rarely do they have normal peachy human skin color. But the dark skin color is much more common, and so are unnatural skin colors. They are sort of flat. They only have 2 sides when you look at them from the front or back, but otherwise, thin, and fragile, as paper. Most Slitherwen are girly and kind, however scary they may look. Since they are an all female breed (for now) they don't mate. They happen when a human decides to keep a snake for a pet. They are born teenagers, and eventually do turn into adults, but there is no noted difference really, they just become more mature in personality. But after the males are created, yes there will be babies. They live in the forest and are wild, carnivorous, violent creatures. But they are caught by Scientists (artists) and brought to adoption exhibits, and if the scientist would rather keep the animal, they are put in the 'For Show Only' exhibit.

B-But How do I get a Slitherwen?
If you see a Slitherwen in the adoption exhibit that has an adoption sign beside it, don't hesitate! There will be a scientist there with a form for which you will fill in, no exceptions. But that scientist may ask you to create your own form, if they do, make it good!! What will probably catch a scientist's eye is more than just a few words. As in, go in depth about the personality, the origin of the name, the history, add 'people actually though he/she was male/female but he'she is male/female.' make the form long and fun to read to improve your chances.

Rules
- Give all mods and artists your full respect.
- Do not bribe a user who owns a Slitherwen to sell/gift you theirs. This is unacceptable behavior and you will be punished.
- Do not steal anybody's owned Slitherwen
- Do not be a poor-sport if you do not win the Slitherwen you want.
- DO NOT BRIBE THE ARTISTS. I will find out if you have set up anything behind my back. (This goes for artists too! If I find out you have allowed yourself to be bribed, I will remove you from artist status and you will be banned from Slitherwen Adopts.)
- You CANNOT enter in more than 2 Slitherwen at a time. This will give others a chance, and you won't enter in more than your adoption limit.
- You cannot own more than 5 Slitherwen. (I may adjust this number in the future)
- Do not spam.
- Do not complain when I open guest artist slots, due to time-zones or whatnot. It is spam and I cannot do anything about it.
- Don't ask if you can create your own custom Slitherwen. I may grant a few select people the ability to do so, but NEVER ASK. NEVER EVER EVER make your own custom without me giving your permission ever either. It will result in your artist status being revoked and you being banned from adopting, and your owned Slitherwen put up for adoption once more.
- Slitherwen are NEVER EVER EVER first come first serve.

- The design on Slitherwen. No living Slitherwen has, and ever will have no design. Rarely you will find a Slitherwen with a less complex design, or a more complex design, but NEVER with none.
- Males are generally larger than females, but not by much.
- Each Slitherwen has clothes. It is much harder to find one that doesn't have a skirt though >.>
- Long hair and short hair are common, but no hair.. that's ultra rare...
-Their designs are the same color as their eyes
- Dark colored Slitherwen are more common than lighter colored.
- Slitherwen occasionally have added accessories, but not too often.
- Slitherwen mate for life (after the males are created >.>), but they sometimes have 'relationship problems' before they are true mates, and may choose someone new.
- Each breeding, the Slitherwen can only have 1 baby, called a Slitherer.
