WIP - New Character

This Is another New horse character, One Loosely Based off of a Paint I saw Today. Though, The Horse I Saw was a Chesnut. This Is a Chocolate Roan. Her Right Side is Still a Bit of a Work in progress as Far as Paint Markings.
