[Jenn the Psycho]

This is Outlaw before he got his scar, and yes, his eye was once a pretty green until Kiara scarred him. He was still young in this one. When he was young he was so hopeful, he'd never really been accepted, only Kiara had accepted him truley. Kiara is a cougar with only about half her tail left. He was a mischevious little boy, and made friends with Kiara early in life. She stuck by him when everyone else turned their backs on him.
Kiara eventually attacked him and turned her back on him as well, her biggest mistake, but this is hime before any of this ever happened, he seems so innocent.
Outlaw here started out as a smiple character idea, then I made him my fursona, such a simple boy, so beautiful as well <3

Depending on the angle you see him the green on his muzzle changes its shape, and the eye markings can appear to be mixed in with the green on the muzzle.
