My friend made me one similar to this, so I turned it into a gift trade xD
Anyways, She apparently didn't have a ref, so I took what I thought of her as a person, and turned her into a wolf 8D
As for Spain wolf, well I found something online, and based it off of that, and also came up with a bit of my own style.
Anyways, Yes The heart is supposed to resemble a tomato... e-e
