Sir Julien the Ring Tailed Rat (A new Major Character)

My newest character, Sir Julien! I kinda made up the name on the spot, so if anyone has any other name ideas, please let me know.
I'm keepin' the Sir part though :)
His design is based kinda off of this CS pet:
